5/16/08 - SYNAPSE LEGION places in 2nd in fifth annual video game programming contest at Stony Brook University. Thanks for the good times guys!

5/14/08 - SYNAPSE LEGION - alpha 0.5 out. Direct X 9 or better required. Download here

4/23/08 - SYNAPSE LEGION now seperated into game world and rendering threads. Media content and level design underway. Implementation of game rules, gui and additional particle effects still needed.

4/16/08 - mactv CVS established for SYNAPSE LEGION project.

More advanced memory management, DirectX Rendering Optimization, Increased Portability (Installation Package needed), Particle Animations for Neuron Connectivity, Seperate Game/Rendering Threads

4/2/08 - Tagging Crew project put on hold for more interesting things. Remains of source code may be found here and Game Design Doc/Storyboards may be found in the about page for now.

 

Code Snippet Of The Day

Run an ssh server at home and get 123098 unsolicited login attempts per week from China too? You feel my pain. If you run a bsd box (Like OS X) this script helps plenty. With it you can Firewall repeated illegal or failed SSH logins attempts. Compliments of www.freebsdwiki.net:
