Organized and updated fossil collections, job included computer database compiling of fossil specimens, reorganization of specimens in museum, and verification that museum collections conformed to federal standards.
Collaborated in the collection and curation of fossil Eocene vertebrates from Wyoming.
Evaluated and reported on fossil resources for U.S. Army bases in Colorado.
Assisted in a Seismic survey of fossil productive beds in central Colorado.
Taught gross anatomy lab to 30 undergraduate students.
Instructed elementary students by presenting weekly tours of a museum.
Helped plan a literacy festival for over 400 elementary students, including contacting local authors and illustrators and overseeing volunteers.
Computer skills include; web publishing, Microsoft applications, and geographic information system (GIS) applications (ArcView and ArcInfo).
Research and writing skills; published and presented extensive reports on fossils and fossil localities including stratigraphic occurrence, preservation, classification, and phylogeny. (Copies of articles available upon request).
