Advice and
finds... This is a catch-all for everything else. I have run across
these site simply from web surfing and different assignments
I have had. There is a lot of good advice that I have
gotten and some that I have just discovered. I hope you find this ancillary information
as useful as I have found it.
International Health Insurance
I have recently run across a pretty cool site - Pacific
Prime, offering International Health Insurance. Why do I
think this is important? Easy. With so many international
students here at Stony Brook University, or at many other
universities worldwide for that matter, students and
families generally get dislocated with their health
insurance. Pacific Prime offers International Health
Insurance for students, families and even teachers. Every
university requires either proof of insurance or you must
purchase health insurance directly from the school. Pacific
Prime is an alternative that should not be overlooked. If
you are indeed looking for
international health insurance
then you should visit
Pacific Prime
to see what your options are.
U.K.
Parking - Park it Here Chap
As many students here at Stony Brook typically explore and
travel the world, so do many students from other parts of
the world visit the U.S. If you are traveling from the
United Kingdom to the U.S., I have a found a really cool
site that helps you find airport parking for your car in the
U.K.
Airport parking can be such a hassle, but if you visit
Airport-Parking.tv before you leave, you can easily make a
reservation and even get a discount for you short or
extended stay. As an example, if you are leaving from
Heathrow airport, simply search the
Heathrow airport parking page and you will find eleven
choices for parking at Heathrow airport with exacting
descriptions of the distance and terminals that are easily
served from any of your parking choices. In short, if
you’re in need for airport parking, then visit
Airport-Parking.tv and see how convenient life can
really be.
Label
Me This
This is a pretty cool find. All tech offices typically
label everything, from inventory bar coded labels to labeled
disks and other media. Well if you're looking for
something more than the old fashioned label machines, this
site has a ton of equipment designed to accurately peel and
paste labels in the same very exacting location. You
can purchase a machine to label anything from disk drives to
disks and from batteries to zebras... (ok maybe not zebras
but you know what I mean). In short, if you need a
solution to placing or peeling and applying labels to
thousands of pieces, then you should think about getting an
automatic label applicator and you can start from
AccuPlace to see what they offer.
Sometimes When You Least Expect It
It sounds somber, but it's actually something to think
about. What do people do when they suddenly find
themselves not able to go to school, or work to earn a
living? What if suddenly you were to get ill and have
several months or even years of rehabilitation. You
could easily exhaust all your benefits and soon become a
financial drain of your family's finances. That's
where long term care insurance comes in. Long term
care insurance is exactly that, insurance that pays for your
long term care when all other sources have either been
exhausted or kicks in right away depending on your policy.
If you want to get a quick education on long term
care insurance, I recommend that you visit
Long Term Care Insurance Tree and
get fast and easy long term care insurance quotes to see
what options you would have.
